How long does it take to complete a typical order?
Typical turn around time is two weeks. As a seasonal business, we experience slow times when that turnaround time is much shorter. Of course, we also have some extremely busy seasons, but we still maintain our two-week maximum.
What about the quality of your clothing?
Low prices and quick turnaround times usually mean you are subject to lower quality. Not with Rally Factory. We only buy from reputable wholesale clothing companies who we trust.
How much do you charge for graphic design of my idea?
Zero. Seriously, we never charge for artwork if you are placing an order with us. This is an incredible value that our clients have come to expect for their custom designs. Bring us your idea and our graphic designers will bring it to life in a proof before we go to print. Once you approve the artwork, off it goes into production.
